Erin Fitzgerald

After several years of volunteering with Speedo USA and earning her degree in the "Land of 10,000 Lakes," it seemed only natural that the next step for Erin was to dive into the Waterkeeper Alliance.  In Erin's role as Events Manager she will work in the Development Department to manage all production and stewardship elements of Waterkeeper Alliance fundraising events, as well as maintain relationships with key corporate partners. 

During the production of several events and fundraisers focused on causes such as the child abuse prevention, the advancement of cultural enrichment, and benefiting foster children, Erin has previously worked with US Secretary General, Ban Ki Moon; Viacom President, Sumner Redstone; MTV International President, Bill Roedy; Robert DeNiro; Ravi Shankar; and Wyclef Jean.  She has coached staff on how to reach company's benchmarks at the Guest Services Coach for the Douglas J. Aveda Institute and managed all aspects of numerous events with the Learning Annex in New York, NY.  As the Production Manager for Solutions from the Heart, Erin coordinated and helped to procure over $3 Million in auction lots for three respective events. 

Erin graduated from the University of Michigan in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies.  She lives in Manhattan, practices yoga to make her super bendy, enjoys live music and is always up for a new adventure.
