Maryland Dept. of Agriculture Colludes with MD Farm Bureau

The Maryland Department of Agriculture and the Maryland Farm Bureau, a group representing the agricultural industry, recently colluded to keep public documents concerning the lawsuit we brought against Perdu Farms and Hudson Farms over practices at their Combined Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs or factory farms) that lead to severe water pollution on and around the Chesapeake Bay.
