Recent Accomplishments

--Legally challenged for the first time in NC history a Special Order by Consent for WWTP
--Legally challenging the 401 permit for PCS Phosphate, Inc which aims to destroy almost 4,000 acres of wetlands and 5 miles of streams
--Joined other NC waterkeepers in our legal challenge of Cliffside Coal Fired Power Plant
--Organized volunteers to remove more than 4 tons of trash from the river since 2006!
