The U.S South Atlantic region includes Waterkeepers whose waterways drain to the Atlantic Ocean from North Carolina to Florida. 

Major Victories:

• Organized Get the Dirt Out and Muddy Water Watch campaigns to train and engage citizens to combat construction runoff
• The Dirty Lie Campaign to debunk the myths about “Clean Coal” and tell the truth that Clean Coal is a Dirty Lie
• Our Pure Farms Pure Waters Campaign is promoting more sustainable farming practices and addressing pollution from Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs).
